These extraordinary spiritual gifts, which are connected with certain offices in the Church, are gifts given by the Holy Spirit to all authentic believers to build up the entire Church.
The Indwelling Gifts
Dr. Phinney holds degrees in Psychology, Counseling Psychology and Ministry. However, he does not believe having a degree qualifies anyone, nor is it necessary, to administer Biblical Truths.
